Cooking Classes

Whether you need to learn the basics or   you want  to enhance your culinary skills,  Chef Anthony offers a variety of cooking lessons to both beginner and novice cooks. All lessons are  available  for groups or couples. Invite your friends and family for an evening of  learning, cooking, fun & fabulous food.

Chef  Anthony  will  teach  you  cooking  techniques  through  interactive  lessons and lively hands--on  demos. You’ll learn insider  tips  for  presentation  and  entertaining - all in the comfort of your own space.

Private Events

For  those   intimate   occasions   –   bridal showers, birthday  parties, anniversaries, or just getting together. We can customize a menu and theme for  your party. Be a guest in your home and join your family and friends along with Chef Anthony  while he prepares your meal with hands-on demos or just relax and watch as Chef Anthony works his magic. Then “voila”, sit down and enjoy the unique culinary  creation for your special event.

In House Dinner Rates

Our hands-on cooking classes range in price from $110 -$160 per person plus GST. The price is determined by the menu selected and based on the estimated time per dinner. This includes a 4-5 course meal prepared by our Chef , you & your guests, chef instruction with hands-on cooking and a  recipe  package to take home. You may  choose  from a  number  of  cuisines, styles and menus to suit your event needs. Chef Anthony will work with you to create a  personalized menu for the evening, or you may choose from our set menu classes.
